Cash Clinical Package

Get started on your wellness journey. No additional follow-ups beyond the first. No discounts on modalities, treatments, or products.

Price: $1,500 one-time

Option 2

Clinical Membership

Best for patients committing to a full year of clinical care and follow-up.

Price: $499 initiation + $150/month for 12 months Total over 12 months: $2,299

Includes:

Everything in the $1,500 cash package, plus
Three (3) additional follow-up visits during the year
10% off:
- All modalities
- All other treatments (including IVs, LBG, additional testing)
- All products in the Healthy Living Store

Option 3

Modality Membership (3-Day Option)

For patients who already did their clinical workup and want regular modalities 3 days per week.

Price: $399/month

Includes:

Up to 3 days per week (Mon–Fri)
Up to 2 included modalities per visit, from:
- BioCharger, Infrared Sauna, Juvent, Nano Bath, PEMF, TurboSonic, Weber Helmet, AquaCure, Bemer
LED Bed + CVAC included but capped at 8 total sessions per month combined

Discounts:

10% off all ongoing product purchases
10% off all other treatments not listed as included modalities, including IVs, LBG, and additional testing

Option 4

Modality Membership (5-Day Option)

For patients who already did their clinical workup and want high-frequency modality access up to 5 days per week.

Price: $579/month

Includes:

Up to 5 days per week (Mon–Fri)

FAQ

Standard Membership Rules (Applies to Options 2–6)

1. Term & Commitment

Minimum 12-month commitment for all memberships.
After 12 months, memberships may be renewed or adjusted under new terms.

2. Autopay & Billing

Credit card or bank autopay is required.
Membership fees are billed monthly.
Discounts apply only while membership is active and in good standing.

3. Visit & Usage Rules (Modality Memberships / Options 3–6)

A “day” = one visit on a single calendar day.
Maximum one visit per day per member.
Maximum 2 included modalities per visit.
Access limited to 3 days/week (3-Day plans) or 5 days/week (5-Day plans).
LED Bed + CVAC: combined maximum of 8 sessions per month per member.

4. No Rollovers – Use It or Lose It

Unused visits, days, or LED/CVAC sessions do not roll over to the next week or month.
Membership benefits are strictly “use it or lose it” within each membership month.

5. Non-Transferable

Memberships are individual.
Visits, sessions, and discounts cannot be shared, transferred, or gifted to others.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

All visits follow the clinic’s standard cancellation/no-show policy.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as a used visit/session at the clinic’s discretion.

6. Scope of Discounts

Percentage discounts apply to standard retail pricing only.
Discounts do not stack with other promotions, packages, or special offers unless explicitly approved.
Discounts apply only to services and products not already included in the membership.
